Owned and operated by Dr. William Black, Sakura Dental is a new, modern, and fully digital dental practice located in the beautiful town of Wilmette, IL.

Dr. Black is a warm, friendly doctor who values excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork. He is currently expanding his growing team - join us and be a part of our exciting journey!

Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team part-time or full-time! Our ideal candidate enjoys bringing a smile to other people’s faces, is willing to learn, and is committed to providing a unique and memorable patient experience.

Schedule for the Dental Assistant (3 days a week - potential for full-time) :

Monday : 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

Tuesday : 10 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM

Wednesday : 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

Thursday : 10 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM

Friday : 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

Saturday : 9 : 00AM - 1 : 00PM (every other)

Responsibilities for the Dental Assistant :

Chair and tool sterilization

Digital scanning

Take images including panoramic x-rays and CT scans

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology

Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPPA compliance

Highly-engage with patients and fellow team members

Show a reliable and empathetic attitude towards patients and staff

Ordering supplies and taking care of logistics

Schedule patients and answer phones as needed
