Responsibilities

Principal labor and employment counsel. Provides advice and counseling to business and functional organization on employment and labor matters, policies and compliance with federal, state and local labor and employment laws and rules. Candidate will manage a broad range of audit, compliance and contentious matters, including claims, disputes and litigation before state and federal courts, and relevant federal, state and local equal employment and human relations agencies
