Responsibilities

Arcfield is seeking a Program Facilitator (Systems Integrator) to provide Systems Engineering Technical Advisory (SETA) support to a government customer, providing logistics support for a space and ground acquisition program office.

As a Program Facilitator you will:

• Collaborate with teammates, leadership, and users
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations
• Maintain collaboration tools
• Manage risks and opportunities
• Assist with status reports and metrics
• Provide logistics support to a program office that is delivering critical cutting-edge components of the future architecture.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 8 to10 years of experience, or 6 to 8 years of experience with Master’s degree or 3 to 5 years expereince with a PhD. 
• Experience with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and/or Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) support.
• Experience with office facilitation, coordinating and scheduling meetings across key stakeholder’s calendars, maintaining program documentation such as meeting minutes, and managing program processes such as tracking action items and risks/opportunities.
• Experience using collaboration tools.
• Proven organization and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface with teammates and government leadership.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products (advanced use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and functional capability with Excel).

Desired Skills:

• Experience using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Intel-docs, Jabber, IC-Connect.
• Technical experience in a space and ground technology Acquisition Office.
