Currently seeking skilled and driven RN Infection Preventionist to join our ever-growing team!

Day in the Life / Expectations

• Identify, investigate monitor and report healthcare associated infections.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create infection prevention strategies, ongoing surveillance and IP strategies in accordance with CEC guidelines.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards related to skilled nursing infection control practices.
• Provide orientation to new staff regarding infection control principles and ongoing education.

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s) RN preferred will also consider LPN
• IP Certification/ICC preferred
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
