Renton Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Business Office Manager (BOM) for their Skilled Nursing Facility!

Business Office Manager Duties andResponsibilities:

• Manages billing, AR, and collection activities in the facility.

• Organizes, evaluates, and monitors business office operations and supervises assigned personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Performs collection activities for patient accounts.

• Reconciles resident trust accounts and petty cash.

• Establishes and maintains a system of financial record keeping including issuing receipts, preparing, and making bank deposits and recording payments using proper segregation of duties.

Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• 1-3 years’ experience in 3rd party billing and reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance preferred.

• We prefer candidates with previous long term care experience and are knowledgeable with resident trust funds.

• Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.

• Experience with MS Suite preferred
