What You’ll Do
You'll be the friendly point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring the seamless and precise processing of payroll, and delivering white-glove experiences to AFC employees.
As the go-to person, you'llassist with questions on a variety of leaves and benefits, including Worker’s Compensation, Temporary Disability Insurance, Family Medical Leave, Hawaii Family Medical Leave, Disability Leave, Military Leave, Vacation, and Sick Leave.

Leave Administration
This includes gathering and completing all required paperwork, determining leave eligibility, designating leave as FMLA-qualifying, requesting medical certification as needed, and accounting for intermittent and reduced schedule leave use.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Workforce Now, Enterprise eTime, and related ADP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
