Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the overall clinical operations of the company, by collobarting with interdisciplnary teams across various locations to achieve clinical compliance. 

Essential Job Duties: 

• Oversee clinical team including but not limited to Regional Nurse Consultants, Directors of Nursing, etc. 
• Set, monitor and manage metrics and KPIs for department across all locations. 
• Simultaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
• Be knowledgable of accrediation standards, IDPH, state, federal guidelines, laws and survey methodologies and related toold for regulatory, QAPI and survey compliance. 
•  Individual will work closely with operations leaders and executive management, internal business units, and leaders across all facilities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Must possess an encumbered Registered Nurse License in the state of IL. 
• Bachelors' degree required. 
• A minimum of ten years experience in the Long term care industry preferred.
