Bartender to join our team and contribute to the excitement of Arcade 11.

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Bartender at Arcade 11, your role will be vital in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while enjoying our wide range of food and beverages. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. **Mixing and Serving Drinks:** Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, with precision and in compliance with safety and health regulations.

2. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests, taking orders, and making personalized drink recommendations. Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

3. **Knowledge of Drinks Menu:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings, including cocktails, beers, and other beverages, to guide guests in their selections and answer questions about ingredients.

4. **Cash Handling:** Handle cash, credit card payments, and maintain accurate transactions. Ensure the integrity of the cash register and promptly report any discrepancies.

5. **Bar Organization:** Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. Restock inventory as needed and notify management of low stock levels.

6. **Compliance:** Adhere to all alcohol-related laws and regulations, including checking identification and refusing service to underage or intoxicated customers. Maintain a safe and responsible environment.

7. **Teamwork:** Collaborate with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations, exceptional service, and a positive work environment.

8. **Cleanliness and Hygiene:** Ensure bar equipment and glassware are clean and sanitized. Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bar area at all times.

9. **Problem Solving:** Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to the manager when necessary.

10. **Upselling:** Encourage guests to try special promotions, upsell premium drinks, and promote our arcade games, creating additional revenue opportunities.

**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Ability to handle cash and accurately manage transactions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
- Must be of legal drinking age.

**Position Pay:**

This position is primarily paid through customer tips however does have a competitive base hourly pay on top of the tips as well.
