```Duties```
- Prepare and serve food/alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized Dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation techniques
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials or featured drinks
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
