We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Emar for residential locations, maintaining medical records for all residents, quality assurance, employee medication validation tracking & scheduling, and appointment coverage as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Emar for residential homes
- Maintain medical records for all residents
- Ensure quality assurance for medical services
- Track and schedule medication validation
- Provide appointment coverage for residents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Services Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Emar software
