Seeking a Full Time Overnight Human Services Assistant for a 15-bed Women's Residential Treatment Facility located in Madison, WI

Our Team: Be part of a treatment team helping women improve the quality of their lives and reintegrate with their families and community. The position requires the ability to supervise up to 15 women and model positive decision making and healthy living. The program uses an integrated, multi-disciplinary, family-focused, strengths-based approach to meet the needs of women affected by substance use disorders.

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday from 9p to 7a (10 hour awake shifts)

Pay: $17 an hour

Position Responsibilities:

• Hourly checks of residents while sleeping
• Supervise women and model positive decision making and healthy living
• Maintain a safe, empowering environment for residents
• Perform clerical support tasks, such as photocopying and data entry
