Description
Starting salary for experienced manager is $50,000 plus Quarterly Bonuses and Benefits. Must be able to travel to one of our Certified Training Restaurants for paid training.

Basic Job Function:
Overall operation and profitability of one restaurant while meeting the company's high standards of Cleanliness, Attitude, Product, and Service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for profitable operation of assigned restaurant, the accurate reporting and documentation of all accounting and personnel activities and for achieving all operational and cost control criteria as established by upper management.
Requirements
Responsible for ensuring each customer's visit is met with the company's high standards of cleanliness, attitude, product, and service.
Responsible for hiring all hourly employees and assisting Area Supervisor in the hiring of management employees.
Responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising all employees in the restaurant.
Interfaces with corporate and regional office employees, customers, and suppliers as necessary to achieve required results.
Compiles data and reports as required.
Duties will include:
Inventory control and counts, cash control, banking, cash register readings, cooking projections, receiving and storing products, arranging for repairs and maintenance; interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, counseling, and terminating employees; scheduling management and hourly employees, performance reviews, payroll input, sales mix reports, cost control, and ordering all product.
Schedule encompasses all shifts, including nights and weekends. Handles other assignments and special projects as directed.

Salaried position based on a 50-hour work week.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be or be willing to become ServSafe Certified.
Prior management experience preferred. Prior restaurant experience desired.
