We seek a responsible and reliable Family Personal Assistant who can provide childcare and transportation services for our young child.

As the Family Personal Assistant, you will:

• support our family needs for our young toddler
• running errands
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
• organizing events
• Provide personal assistant support to both parents
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

-CPR and First Aid Certified (willing to pay for certifications)

You will be responsible for ensuring their safety, playing with them, making sure they get their meals, and providing a nurturing environment for them to learn and grow. Your schedule must be flexible, and will communicate your needed days well in advance.

When the child is receding school and additional services the candidate will be repairable for completing personal and work related errands and tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working as a Family Personal Assistant and providing childcare services. You should be organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills. You should also have a passion for working with children and be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for them.

Pay: $19.17 - $23.09 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
