Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Valid RN or LVN license in the state of California
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
