We are currently seeking an

**Overnight Laundry-Guest Service Agent**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

* Wash, Dry and Fold Laundry

* Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.

* Prints up and files reservations for the next business day.

* Ability to function as a front desk agent to perform check-ins and check-outs as well as wake-up calls.

* Summarizes results of operations for management.

* Prepare End of Day procedure.

* Balance the days charges, making corrections as necessary.

* Run end of day process in designated location systems

* Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed

**The Successful Overnight Laundry-Guest Service Candidate**

* Understands basic principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.

* Knows how to operate front office equipment.

* High school graduate or equivalent.

* Minimum one (1) year of hotel front desk experience preferred but not required

* Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
