What Will You Be Doing?

  • Experienced in understanding ERP software (Kova and Dynamics 365) and aligning system capabilities with business processes
  • Planning and implementation of new/replacement software and upgrades, including customization and full testing
  • Able to evaluate requested system changes, enhancements, and fixes and impact on key ERP and financial software to determine if they should be executed 
  • Deliver system and data quality and availability to support business needs
  • Managing growing team of business intelligence and application analysts providing mentorship, guidance, and process structure supporting their work within the IT landscape
  • Quick to dive in and learn home building specific ERP solution and own the roadmap go forward 
  • Able to document and chart all touch points between all key critical applications, how they integrate and what the dependencies are
  • Strong customer service advocate who understands their audience and can work collaboratively to create solutions that maintain the integrity and security of the applications
  • Created on boarding training materials to acclimate new hires to systems and services provided by the application delivery team , i.e. ERP general overview for new hires within the business
  • Participates on change management and disaster recovery advisory teams
  • Supports service desk through ensuring application team responds to tickets timely and provides resolutions for end user problems while creating knowledge articles and training for service desk personnel to handle tier one application support
  • Proven skills in creating structure and process to support application consistency
  • Understanding of the importance of data quality, accuracy, and process workflow.
  • Work closely with management team and Business Process Owners defining the standards, methods and cataloging of business processes, as well as promoting the training of all users on business processes within key systems across the enterprise to increase standardization, efficiency and overall productivity
  • Collaborates to develop and create content for Training curriculum for new hires and manages the creation of training for all new hires within company training platform
  • Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for applications and related processes while training team to be SME’s
  • Lead Business Process Owners through creation of departmental documentation, participation in Change Management process, analyzing proposed application changes and business impacts, and Business Continuity exercises
  • Lead the charge on standardization of processes, process documentation, and use of applications across all sites, businesses and department
  • Create Process Maps to show how each department processes interact across the enterprise
  • Continuous oversight of application changes, testing, and upgrades/changes, ensuring that documentation for supporting processes is updated, all changes are captured and cataloged, and any required training is executed
  • Manage, mentor and guide team supporting application delivery services and business intelligence reporting
  • Ensure application support and upgrade processes are followed and maintained
  • Ensure all changes are recorded, tracked, tested, and executed while associated documentation and training are updated.

What Will You Bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience in computer science or software engineering
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing and maintaining ERP and financial systems and services
  • Experience working with external service providers and third parties to promote projects through completion and provide support services
  • Managed application teams in diverse multi solution environment
