Description
Job Title: Teller
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Function: Operations
Reports To: Branch Manager
Purpose:
Welcome members as they arrive to the credit union, answering questions and directing members to the appropriate department. Service member’s financial needs and transaction requests as they relate to aspects of their accounts, including, checking/savings accounts, loans, and account services. Educate members on credit union products and services. Provide members with world standard service in accordance with the credit union’s core values and service promise.
