Arbor's Luxurious Assisted Living Community is Hiring a Staffing Director to Join Their Team!

Our Staffing Director will take on the responsibility of managing the staff's schedules and recruitment for our care and dining department. This includes recruitment, interviewing and onboarding for new staff as well as managing call offs and the schedules for current staff.

Position Summary:

Arbor's Staffing Director manages the hiring and scheduling oversight of care and dining department team members to ensure adequate staff is aligned with the budgeted team member requirements. The Staffing Scheduler will respond to calls received after 6pm and on weekends to ensure staffing and scheduling concerns are addressed for staff.

  • You are reliable and use excellent negotiation and time management skills to fill open positions on the schedule.
  • You take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work timekeeping (scheduling).

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in managing (On Shift) or similar electronic staff (not patient) scheduling tracking system
  • Previous experience required scheduling staff or recruiting staff.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • This will be an on-site position at the community.
  • Great responsiveness and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to be on call after work hours.
