As a Bartender, you will be the maestro behind the bar, creating handcrafted cocktails, providing beverage recommendations, and delivering a memorable bar experience for our guests. Your expertise, creativity, and commitment to service will be pivotal in elevating the overall dining experience.
Compensation:$10.80 hourly
Responsibilities:- Craft and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, drinks, and beverages.
- Showcase your knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, liquors, wine & beer.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure their preferences are met.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean bar area at all times.
- Prepare garnishes, infusions, and special syrups with precision & consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Proven experience as a bartender in upscale or high-end establishments.
- Exceptional mixology skills and a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beer.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
- A friendly and engaging personality.
- Bartending certification is a plus.
- Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required
