As a Marketing and Promotions Specialist at ARB, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, and sales teams to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and reinforce ARB's brand positioning as a leader in the 4x4 accessories industry.

The successful candidate will embody the ARB brand, have an adventurous mindset and be passionate about all things automotive and will display initiative and creativity in personally contributing to marketing concepts. The position is based at our headquarters in Auburn, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and event.
• Maintain the annual campaign calendar, considering key business objectives including product and service releases.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, as directed by the Marketing Manager, including detailed project planning, campaign timelines, production and agency management, and final execution via ARB owned channels (i.e., eDM, social media, website, printed collateral etc.) and paid media channels.
• Work with external design and marketing agencies to build campaigns and sales enablement collateral including in store assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and affiliates to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
• Influence content to build campaign eDMs, digital activity and social media content.
• Report on marketing campaign results, conduct a post campaign analysis and provide suggestions to ensure optimum results.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail, ensuring all event elements are executed flawlessly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to develop engaging event concepts and experiences.
• Knowledge of event industry best practices, including current trends and emerging technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
