We are seeking Forklift Operators to work any shift. The Forklift Operator will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials, and make sure that all quality control and safety protocols are met.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Inspecting for damages to vehicles
• Managing inventory by locations
• Adhering to production schedules
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment
• Writing work order for maintenance and repairs for forklift
• Securing loads from the machine before transportation

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Operate forklifts for storage or removal of materials
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Load, unload, and stage products and materials
• Track and record units of materials handled
• Good written, reading and verbal communication
• Inspect the final product

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of forklift operating experience is required
• Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at a time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
