Job Overview:

We are seeking an Interim Director of Operations on a contract basis for 2-3 months to help oversee and manage our company's operations. As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Understand all office business operations, document all operations into Standard Operating Procedures, and train all office personnel how to best implement those procedures.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

- Help manage all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service

- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- MBA required

- At least 2-4 years in operations management or logistics

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Excellent business development skills with a track record of driving growth

- Proficient in strategic planning and execution

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus

The job is contract work for 1-3 months. Full-time opportunity may exist for the right candidate once the contract is complete.
