Demand Generation Coordinator

As a Demand Generation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and lead generation. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing events, managing our social media presence, creating compelling landing pages, and ultimately ensuring effective lead management to fuel our sales pipeline. This position is perfect for an individual who is creative, data-driven, and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management:

  • Implement lead generation strategies to capture, nurture, and qualify leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of marketing qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads via phone or other engagement methods to assess their readiness for the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze lead scoring data generated from marketing automation tool.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Specialist to evaluate lead quality and collaborate on strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.

Web Content Optimization:

  • Design and build landing pages and lead forms that are optimized for conversion and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • A/B testing to improve landing page performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Update website content across various sections, including but not limited to events, blog posts, portfolio information, and other relevant information.
  • Review Google Analytics and additional 3rd party data to track website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.


Event Coordination:

  • Assist with the organization and execution of customer facing events, trade show sponsorships, and partner events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event success, including logistics, content creation, and promotion.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage our target audience.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
  • Launch targeted Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to generate leads across different buyer personas.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or demand generation role is desirable.
  • Experience in event coordination and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in landing page creation tools (e.g., WordPress, Pardot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies in the field of demand generation and marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle various responsibilities.
