Aquant is Hiring a Remote Recruiter

HireArt is helping Aquant hire an experienced and passionate Recruiter to partner with and support its growing US teams.
In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment life-cycle across different business functions, through strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
We’re looking for someone who has the confidence and ability to bring in top-tier candidates that can take Aquant to the next level.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience recruiting for a high-growth organization and is eager to be involved in the development of the talent acquisition team.
Aquant is currently operating in a hybrid work environment. While its New York office is open, employees are not required to report into the office every day and this role may also be remote.
As a Recruiter, you’ll:
  • Act as a partner to department heads by developing strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage all components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting process.
  • Facilitate a high-touch, personalized candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Aquant's culture, mission, and value proposition.
  • Schedule and facilitate video and in-person interviews for candidates across different time zones.
  • Coordinate with the HR & Recruiting Manager to facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring each new employee is prepared for their first day with the company.
  • Ensure the data integrity of the company’s ATS.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR, and other partners on process improvements, events, D&I, employer branding and various other initiatives.
  • 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in-house, at a high-growth company
  • You are independently driven, with a positive attitude and a sense of pride and ownership in your work
  • You are detail-oriented, and hold yourself accountable whether you're negotiating compensation, keeping up on your candidate response, or updating the ATS
  • Strong empathetic communications skills with the ability to interact and confidently convey your thoughts and ideas
  • Prioritization and resilience. You understand when and how to manage to a tight timeline while maintaining a standard of excellence
  • Able to quickly adapt and adjust priorities when necessary
  • Process-oriented with an organized and efficient approach to daily tasks
  • You strive in a team environment and you are a great collaborator, willing to lend a helping hand and not afraid to ask for help when needed
Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote and available to candidates who can work EST business hours.
