Position: Client Support Representative
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Dispatching service calls to technicians
- Scheduling technicians to multiple service calls
- Ability to handle several phone calls at once
- Accurate data entry of service calls
- Timely follow up to service calls, permits invoices and time sheets
Job requirements:
- Strong and clear phone presence.
- Experience within the plumbing industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (i.e., data entry, email, and internet).
- Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities.
- High School diploma, or GED and (2) years of related experience
- Must be able to sit up to eight (8) hours per day and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
