About the Administrative Clerk Position

Position Overview.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our service department, ensuring timely scheduling of pool repairs and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

$20-$25 per hour.

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities.

  • Schedule pool equipment repair services based on client needs and technician availability.
  • Coordinate with clients and technicians to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they have all necessary details and materials for each job.
  • Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients as needed, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the service process.
  • Manage service department paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and client records, in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Assist in resolving any service-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve positive outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments, as needed, to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technicians, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/calendar software.
