Position: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite work)

Duration: 12 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

· Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce implementations.

· Identify technical design risks.

· Review and propose technical recommendations, provide general oversight, including upgrades, for special projects.

· Document detailed Technical Solution documents

· Own/lead technical reviews and perform code reviews of technical deliverables.

· Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with Salesforce best practices.

· Work with Project Manager to assess effort estimates for solutions

· Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development in Salesforce technologies.

· Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Salesforce CRM and Force.com, APEX, SOSL, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning Framework, Java Script, Data Loader

· Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

· Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

· Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
