About this position:

The Reflash Campaign Account Manager is responsible for sales at key accounts for all products and solutions. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure achievement of revenue targets and profitable business growth. This position reports to the General Manager of Movimento. Movimento is a division of Aptiv providing reflash solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assume complete responsibility for sales and relationship management for a defined book of accounts
  • Responsible to achieve sales revenue and business growth targets as defined by the yearly business plan
  • Manage project opportunities, quotations, and handoff to operations according to defined processes
  • Lead negotiations and communicate cost and timing to customer; prepare and give customer presentations
  • Summarize and propose recommendations to management concerning new business opportunities
  • Develop and propose product and solution ideas; write proposal and present to prospective customers
  • Research and resolve customer problems, provide recommendations in an effort to expand sales; address customer problems (i.e. pricing, changes, change orders, etc.); resolve any discrepancies to original contracts and/or agreements
  • Travel to customer locations to support job duties as needed
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Aid in the development of the department's sales forecast and business plan
  • Support the Director of Sales developing sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs (if applicable)
  • Track the status of opportunities and awarded programs
  • Support project invoicing by creating proformas

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with SalesForce, SAP or similar CRM preferred
  • Experience with automotive testing and validation preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to undertake and successfully complete multiple tasks/assignments
  • Highly engaged and proactive in internal cross-functional communication
  • Self-starter
