About Client :

The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.

It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power todays digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.

Rate Range : $20-$22 / Hr

Job Description :

  • Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, LAB, Camera, PC Refresh.
  • Machine configuration / Software break-fix (Windows OS-Apple IOS) Deskside support services (deskside and remote) Hardware break / fix (Client-Dell-Apple).

Onsite hardware repair

  • Experience min 2-3 years of related work, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
  • Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • Consultative approach to solving issues
  • A , Client, Dell certifications is plus and Software / hardware break-fix support experience

Non-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).Please note that this position does not include paid time off benefits.
