About Client:
The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.
It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power todays digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.
Rate Range: $20-$23/hr. on w2 (non- benefited)
Job Description:

  • Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, Win98 a plus, IMAC tasks, no on-call.
  • Desktop Support experience (Windows 10 and Office 365).
  • Experience min 2 years of related work, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
  • Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • A certification is a plus
