Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a versatile individual to assume the role of Mobile Food Service Coordinator and Sales Professional. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the operations of our mobile food service while also driving sales growth through excellent customer service and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile Food Service Coordination:
• Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile food service units at various locations and events.
• Plan efficient routes for mobile units, ensuring timely arrival and departure to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh ingredients and supplies.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Sales and Customer Service:
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and promotional activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and soliciting feedback to enhance the customer experience.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, such as offering special promotions, introducing new menu items, and identifying potential partnership opportunities.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Menu Management:
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop enticing menus that appeal to customers and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions regarding menu adjustments and enhancements.
• Ensure menu compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Team Leadership and Training:
• Supervise and train staff members, including food service assistants and sales associates, to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or sales-related roles preferred.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and products.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for driving mobile units).

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent required, formal sales/customer service experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests.
• Food Handlers Permit
• Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time, and working long hours in hot conditions. Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules to accommodate business as contracted. Weekends and/or nights required, possibly some Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
