We advise and collaborate with students as they navigate the curriculum and develop their educational plansThe purpose of the Operations Specialist role is to:Assist with and in some cases oversee the development, implementation, modification and documentation of operational processes for University College Academic Advising (UCAA). These processes are associated with advising caseload management, advising tools and resources, training resources and other areas as needed.Serve as the UCAA manager for TracCloud, the advising management platform utilized by UCAAResponsible for submitting recurring and new technology support tickets to maintain consistency and accuracy in Banner operations for UCAAAssist with data collection, reporting, analysis and utilization for assessment and decision-making for the departmentServe as back up for student records processing as neededOther duties as appropriate and assigned.
