Position : Phlebotomist , Med Tech , Medical Assistant

A phlebotomist needed in the Lima, Ohio Area to do Life Insurance Medical Exams

• This is for an Independent Contractor's position
• The phlebotomist will ensure the proper collection process, labeling, storage, and mailing to the laboratory.

Collect Blood and or urine using established procedures

• Properly prepare collected specimens for testing & analysis, ensuring specimen integrity
• Strictly adheres to HIPAA Regulations
• Travels to the person's place of work or home to collect the specimens

Additional requirements :

• Ability to run a 10-lead EKG machine
• Can take a medical history
• Can take vitals, hgt., wgt., Blood Pressure, & pulse

Requires :

• A Phlebotomy Certificate.
• Valid Driver's license & Auto Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass a federal background check
