The Role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to supervise in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the COO, our goal is to lead initiatives for the client by understanding the details of each initiative, determining who needs to be involved in the resolution, mapping out the way forward, getting into a cadence with the broader team on the resolution steps, and driving the broader team towards resolution through meetings and project management. This position is part of the Supply Chain- Production Support organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our client's Commerce Engineering portfolio. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability.
