This position is a Hybrid role, with onsite presence 3 days required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute multiple projects to support the Company’s ER program.
Develop the ER program strategy, develop practical plans to achieve those goals, and take responsibility for results.
Provide program management expertise to special projects and key risk areas of HR compliance, ER and labor relations.
Lead the development and implementation of required effective ER training and awareness programs across key risk areas.
With substantial oversight, conducts internal investigations of potential violations of company policy.

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
