What you'll do:

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and sales team to solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.

  • By means of inbound and outbound calls: successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
  • Provide technical and application information.
  • Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
  • Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace and or mechanically inclined preferred.
  • Previous experience with sizing and selection of Process Flow Control and control instrumentation is helpful.
  • Problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • Computer proficiency-Epicor P21 a plus!

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
