Development Specialist to join the team at their Englewood, CO facility.

If you have experience with the creation and implementation of curriculum geared towards adult learning, project management experience, and a varied approach to adult learning modalities, we want to hear from you! Exposure to building and managing an LMS is a plus, but not required.

This is an in-office, on-site role.

Key duties / responsibilities :

• Will develop an orientation / assimilation program and new employee onboarding, inclusive of creating and deploying role specific onboarding processes, focused on ramping new entrants to productivity much quicker.
• Will create and build a program allowing for students to begin learning our business, products, and tools before they become employees, creating a funnel of new talent in our fastest growing business areas.

This may require identifying schools, building curriculum, negotiating program details, and building out a mechanism to deploy this partnership productively.

• Formalize career paths for each area of the business to easily articulate growth opportunities for employees to grow with us.
• Oversee internships, as needed by the business.
• Partners with others to ensure high potential employees have solid development plans creating experiences and exposure for intentional growth.
• Responsible for technical training, soft skills training, new and experienced manager training, through content development or acquired training content.
• Coordinates Emerson and Impact Partner training, along with technical training acquired through Emerson or other external partners.
• Implements and manages the LMS system within UKG.
• May be asked to participate in some succession planning and development potential work.
• Other duties as assigned.
