Position: Manager, eCommerce

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Responsibilities:

• Website development and optimization

• Automation between systems

• Ad Management and budget (Adwords and Bing)

• Optimization and migration of acquired web properties in conjunction to APPLIED or other eCommerce properties to retain value, brand awareness and drive leads.

• Data analytics - creating useful, actionable data dashboards to track eCommerce and lead generation performance across all marketing channels and campaigns.

• Website A/B testing and optimization

• Salesforce automation and integration liaison

• Technical campaign build outs for launching new products and attacking new markets.

• Technical development and maintenance of Applied website providing all branding, messaging, and content.

• Digital development for special projects and strategic campaigns

• LMA

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems or similar

• Confidence developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.

• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies

• Ability to tackle the demands of evolving technological implements.

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

• High level attention to detail

• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
