Role Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to both external and internal clients.

• An accomplished achiever with motivation and a strong sense of personal responsibility.

• Oversee the front counter experience and handling incoming phone calls.

• Meet clients' requests upon arrival, including offering coffee, water, and other amenities.

• Capable of drafting sales orders for various items, including products, exchanges, accessories, and more.

• Utilize a proprietary system for verifying client order confirmations.

• Support clients in the collection of payments, coordinate delivery schedules, and collaborate with the fulfillment team to finalize the sales procedure.

• Handle in-store financing applications when applicable and send the necessary procedures to clients for completion online.

• Collaborate with the ordering department and keep clients informed about the progress of their orders.

• Utilize USPS/UPS for shipping smaller accessories and furnishing receipts and tracking information internally and to clients.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service

• Successful completion of high school or an equivalent (GED) is a prerequisite

• Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs, along with familiarity with Adobe

• Highly organized and meticulous, with exceptional follow-up capabilities

• Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication

• Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in working effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Hourly/Salary Range $23.50/hr. ($48,880.00) plus commission
