We are currently looking for a part-time/on call independent contractor to take up some jobs ( days / times are flexible).
Our company is looking for Appliance Technicians who are familiar with the components and controls of modern appliances. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the latest technologies in appliances, and will be able to demonstrate this knowledge by diagnosing problems, determining solutions, and repairing or replacing faulty appliances.
Appliances we repair are washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, refrigerators and dishwashers.
Responsibilities:
- Great customer service when meeting customers.
- Read and interpret manufacturer's service manuals and diagrams.
- Perform maintenance on appliances to keep them in good working order.
- Be able to trouble shoot problems with appliances and replace necessary components.
- Speak fluent English.
- Good communication with dispatch.
- Knowledge of Commercial Appliances is a plus but not required.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $26,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
