Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Manage the budget for nursing services and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid nursing license in the state of [location]
- Experience in nursing administration or leadership preferred
- Strong knowledge of home health, Medicare, and hospice care regulations
- Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise a team of nurses
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, electronic and paper medical records
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to providing patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,425.00 per year
