is hiring a "TRAFFIC SPECIALIST" with CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK oriented

The essential requirement to apply for this vacancy is BEING TOTALLY BILINGUAL (english and spanish). SPANISH IS A MUST

LOCATION : Deerfield Beach, FL

ACTIVITIES :

• Customer service through telephone calls and email to provide information, attention to complaints, etc.
• Knowledge of the products being sold, their associated benefits, warranties, fees, and product details.
• Coordinate and schedule product deliveries, repair services and inspections
• Generate and process sales orders, quotes and payment documentation
• Support to the sales area when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Office System.
• Proven experience in customer service ( 2 years)
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn new software platforms
• Fully Bilingual : English & Spanish. SPANISH IS A MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
