Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in income tax preparation and familiarity with tax software (QuickBooks, Thomas Rutgers).

Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
