Job Description :

As a Logistics Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and facilitating the transportation of goods and services for our clients.

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing quotes, and coordinating shipments with carriers and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding transportation and logistics services.

Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes, pricing information, and service availability.

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to arrange transportation for shipments.

Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare and submit shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork, as required.

Track shipments in transit, monitor delivery status, and provide updates to customers as needed.

Resolve issues or concerns related to shipments, including delays, damages, or other transportation-related problems.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, generating sales leads, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or sales coordination is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and vendors.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
