As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in this company's success by engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and generate sales leads.

Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits, overcoming objections as needed.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding product pricing, availability, and terms of sale.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvements and sales optimization.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while adhering to company policies and procedures.

1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in sales or customer service roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.

Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

College Degree, additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
