Job Title : Junior Bilingual HR Coordinator

Location : Oxnard, CA

Schedule : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, (Must be comfortable working rotating weekends and attending special events)

Pay : $22-$23 / hourly

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish and English, and possess strong organizational skills.

This role involves a mix of HR coordination and recruiting responsibilities, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department.

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Spanish and English

1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting role.

Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
