We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.
If you have strong phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions and customer interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous invoicing/billing experience preferred Understanding of basic accounting principles including payroll payroll taxes A/P A/R and cash posting a plus.
