About the Job :

We are looking for talented candidates who are maintenance pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this Part-Time, hourly position, you will be responsible for :

• Maintaining our RV Park, performing general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed
• Maintaining the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations
• Reporting maintenance and / or grounds concerns to management
• Mowing lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management
• Upkeeping of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting and power washing
• Collecting trash and yard waste
• Maintaining swimming pool and pool area
• Dispensing propane
• Maintaining company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed)
• Working on special projects as requested

Experience / Skills Required :

• A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility
• Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
• At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required
• Proficient with various lawn grooming equipment
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to become CPO
• Highschool graduate or GED required
• Must be within commuting distance to the facility

Physical Requirements :

Able to work outdoors Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park / facility Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside
