About the Job:

We are looking for talented candidates who are organized customer service pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this part-time, position, you will be responsible helping ensure that our guests have a great experience. The housekeeper is primarily responsible for is responsible for taking care of the park general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents.

• Report any maintenance concerns to the Manager.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms, office, restrooms and public areas by following company standards.
• Vaccuums and sweeps floors, carpets and rugs.
• Makes beds and changes linens.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks and countertops.
• Replenishes toiletries and towels.
• Empties trash receptacles.
• Assists and notifies maintenance of any issues.
• Operates large commercial washers and dryers.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Work closely with management to maintain open communications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and co-workers.
• Mature, responsible and friendly behavior.
• Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to actively walk the property and lift 25 lbs or greater
• Trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment preferred
