In this position you will manage a team of seven global Business Solutions Architects that have responsibility for architecting and crafting end-to-end business systems and process solutions for medium- to large-size global AppleCare business and systems projects, collaborating with IS&T and other Apple engineering delivery organizations. Using business and systems architecture principles coupled with in-depth business insights, the team leads and influences the global AppleCare business and IS&T teams to define a total solution (systems and process) that meets current and future AppleCare business strategies.

This role will be a working manager where apart from leading and managing the existing team of senior Business Solutions Architects, you will be tasked to craft and evangelize global AppleCare conceptual business systems strategies that span globally across AppleCare business verticals, partnering with IS&T, other Apple engineering delivery organizations, Business Product Managers, Business teams, and team members within the AppleCare Business Systems and Business Process Reengineering team. You will also develop plans to evolve the existing Business Solutions Architecture team to become more strategic whilst balancing tactical project solutioning needs.

- 5 years of related experience managing teams
- A business technology strategy architect and evangelist, with broad and deep knowledge of systems
- Exposure to leading and managing a team that architects and crafts business solutions (systems and process) for high-visibility global projects
- Knowledge of business and systems used for after-sales support, such as repair service, parts supply chain, warehousing, sales, digital and assisted support
- Experience developing strategic conceptual business systems strategies in a Sales, Service and Support business, in areas such as CRM, PRM, Content Management, RPA, AI/ML, Warehouse Management, Shop Floor Systems and other areas including new technologies
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Both IT and Business experience desired
- Experience with enterprise business architecture frameworks and patterns
- Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time
